摘要
本文运用扫描电镜及图像分析仪系统研究了钒(0~4%)对高速钢共晶碳化物形态及数量的影响,着重分析了钒影响共晶碳化物的机制。结果表明:钒不仅有利于碳化物(MC)的形成,而且明显抑制碳化物(M_6C)的形成,促使碳化物(M_2C)的形成。钒对共晶碳化物总量及形态的影响在不同钨钼配比的钢中有所不同。增钒使共晶碳化物明显粗化。
The effects of vanadium (0~4%) on the morphology and amount of eutectic carbide in high speed steels were studied systematically by SEM and image analyzer. The mechanism of vanadium affecting eutectic carbide is discussed emphatically in this paper. It is shown that vanadium not only is favorable to the formation of MC type carbide, but also enhences the formation of M_2C type carbide, inhibits the formation of M_6C type calbide evidently. The situation that vanadium affects the overall eutectie carbide content is different in w-alloyed and Mo-allcyed high speed steels. Eutectic carbide appear coarsening with increase of vanadium.
