摘要
通过光学显微分析、SEM分析、图像分析等方法,研究了微量Mg及其含量差异对轴承钢中碳化物的形貌、尺寸和成分的影响规律,发现微量Mg有利于碳化物球化。对碳化物检测发现,大部分Mg进入了碳化物相并改变碳化物中Fe/Cr比。
The trace Mg content in bearing steel effecting on the carbide was investigated by optical microscope, SEM, Image analysis etc. The effect of Mg on the morphology, size and composition of carbide in bearing steel were researched. The result showed that trace Mg content was favor of carbide spheroidization. Detecting of carbide separated from bearing steel showed that most of Mg was distributed into carbide phase, and changed Fe/Cr ratio in carbide.
