摘要
针对激光加工光束辐照材料表面所产生的散射现象,借助所设计特定要求的数字化研究辅助电路,探讨了用VB通信控件实现测试系统中微机与单片机之间的串行通信方法,并对其通讯数据和测试结果进行了分析.利用数字化系统可以有效提高测试准确度和工作效率,为激光加工的研究奠定了基础.
According to the scatter phenomenon produced by irradiation of the beam on the material surfaces during laser process and by dint of designed specific demand digital research aided circuitry, the paper discusses realization of serial communication method between microcomputer and SCM in the testing system by VB communication control. It also analyzes communication data and testing results. By use of digital system it can improve the testing accuracy and efficiency, so it provides bases for the laser process research.
