摘要
激光脉冲能量的时空特性与激光加工精度、表面质量和稳定性有直接关系。通过 探测JG-2型固体激光器脉冲能量的时空分布结构,系统地试验研究了激光脉冲能 量时空特性及其对激光强化质量的影响,用以指导激光加工和提高现有激光器加工精 度和质量水平。
This Paper deals with the time and space characteristics of laser energy by photoelectrical and photo-heat methods, because they are concerned with accuracy, quality and stability of laser processing. The regular patterns of the time and space distributions of laser energy along with changing parameters of 1aser are obtained, which can be used in directing 1aser processing and miproving its accuracy, qua1ity and stability.
