摘要 氢是一种无污染的新型、高效能源,受到广泛的重视。微生物制氢是氢能开发研究的一项重要内容。至今 已知的具有产氢活性的微生物有“光合细菌”(photosynthetic bacteria,PSB)、藻类(algae)和非光合细菌(non-photo- synthetic bacteria)。对固氮类微生物的产氢机理及影响产氢的因素、光合产氢的能量利用等进行综述。 With the energy becoming exhausted, many scientists have paid more attention to the alternative sources. Hydrogen which has been regarded by more and more persons because of its high quality and less pollution is considered to be an ideal source of energy for future. Nitrogen fixation microorganism's hydrogen production has been extensively investigated due to it being an energy-saving process. It is the promising energy sources. The enzymes of nitrogen fixation show the unique characteristics. In absence of nitrogen or ammonia etc, they can produce hydrogen. The main nitrogen fixation microbe that can produce hydrogen are algae, photosynthetic bacteria and non- photosynthetic bacteria.
