摘要
研究了嗜硫红假单胞菌(Rhodobacter Sulfidophilus)的氢酶、固氮酶活力与产氢机理,并与荚膜红假单胞菌(Rhodobacter capsulatus)进行了比较。认为氢酶活力不是影响其产氢能力的主要因素,由于不同时期氢酶活力与固氮酶活力的变化,导致了嗜硫红假单胞菌在对数生长期末期才开始产氢。
The hydrogenase and nitrogenase activity as well as the hydrogen production mechanism of Rhodobacter Sulfidophilus was studied. The results were compared with that of Rhodobacter Capsulatus. It ts found that the hydrogenase activity is low and it. is not the main reason for the low hydrogen production of Rhodobacter Sulfidophilus.
