摘要
作者通过对日本、韩国的渔船保险制度的考察,提出发展我国渔船保险业应重视立法进程、保障雇佣船员的合法权益、设置有关监督机构、减免有关税收等方面建议。
Seeing about fishery shipping insurance system of Japan and Korea,the writer put for-ward such suggestion as recognition of lawmaking course,ensurance of employed sailors' legal rights and in terests,instauration of supervising organization and derating some revenue,to develop China's industry of fishery shipping insurance.
