摘要
用气浮法清净糖浆,可提高亚硫酸法糖厂的白砂糖质量和煮炼收回。本文论述的方法是:在糖浆硫熏中和系统吸入部分 SO_2混合气体,并加入磷酸和石灰乳,再通过离心泵的作用使充分反应、使糖浆中的气泡进一步破碎,从而达到比较理想的气浮分离效果。实践表明,该方法工艺流程简单、管理和操作方便、需要岗位工人少。
The floating-bubble method of purifying syrup is an efficient way to improve the quality of white granulated sugar and the recovery in sulfitation sugar mill.SO_2 gas is absorbed into the syrup in sulfitator with addition of phosphoric acid and lime milk and further breakage of bubbles in the syrup are gained when passing through the centrifugal pump,resulting in better result of purification.Practice shows that this method is a simple technological process,convenience in handling and management,and requi- ring less labour.
