从一个厂的生产实绩入手,分析了不同甲膏纯度的结晶效应。指出甲洗蜜回煮甲膏会降低甲膏纯度,从而降低甲膏结晶率。认为,甲洗蜜回煮甲膏形成的恶性循环,是影响甲膏结晶率降低的主要原因。提出了甲洗蜜回煮甲膏必须遵循的原则。
Based on the experience of a sugar mill,the effect on crys-tallization under different A-massecuit purities has been discussed.The reduction of A-massecuit purity caused by boiling A-massecuit with A-wash would result in reduction crystal yield.The main cause is the increase in consi- stency of the massecuit.Principles to be followed when boiling A-massecuit with A-wash have been proposed.
