摘要
有着良好综合性能的重要材料 铍铜合金 ,广泛用于各种高级弹性元件 ,其表面质量对最终元器件的寿命有着重要影响。本文论述了变形铍铜合金在铸造和压力加工过程中产生的表面缺陷 起皮、夹杂形成原因 ,并从生产实践出发 ,全面考虑、认真分析 ,提出了消除缺陷的有效措施。
Beryllium copper alloy is applied extensively to elastic component, and its surface quality has great influence on the durability of end products. The reason of the formation lamination and inclusion created on the surface of beryllium copper during the process of casting and pressing was proposed, and the effective measure to removing the defect is proposed on basis of experience from practice.
