Effect of Fe and Cr Additions on Mechanical Properties and Wear Resistance of Cu-17Ni-3Al Alloy

摘要 通过对Cu-17Ni-3Al合金力学性能和摩擦磨损性能测试,并借助金相、扫描电镜和能谱分析等,研究了添加Fe和Cr对Cu-17Ni-3Al合金力学性能和耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,添加Fe细化了Cu-17Ni-3Al合金的晶粒和二次枝晶间距,添加Cr增加了合金中的富Cr第二相。添加Fe和Cr可以提高Cu-17Ni-3Al合金的力学性能和耐磨性能,同时添加Fe和Cr的合金抗拉强度可达795MPa,硬度(HBS)为269,相同工况条件下的磨损体积比Cu-17Ni-3Al合金降低了17.5%。 Effects of Fe and Cr additions on the mechanical properties and wear resistance of Cu-17Ni-3Al alloy were investigated by means of tensile and wear testing,optical microscope and scanning electronic microscope.The results show that grain size and secondary dendrite arm spacing of the alloy are refined by Fe addition,and the Cr-enrichment phase occurs in the alloy containing Cr.The mechanical properties and wear resistance of the alloys are enhanced by Fe and Cr additions.The tensile strength,Brinell hardness of the alloy reach 795MPa and 269HBS with the addition of both Fe and Cr,and the wear volume is reduced by 17.5%comparing to the Cu-17Ni-3Al alloy under the same dry friction condition.
