摘要
目的研究冠心病监护病房 (CCU)使用空气清菌片在室内有人活动情况下的消毒效果。方法消毒期间 ,不受室内病人、陪护人员、工作人员活动限制。观察比较消毒前、消毒后 1h空气的平均细菌数。病人及家属(陪护人员 )对清菌片气味的意见。结果空气细菌数在使用清菌片消毒前、消毒后 1h差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 0 5 )。消毒效果为 :不受室内外人员活动限制 ,但在频繁出入监护室或探视人员增加的情况下影响消毒效果。清菌片气味均能被病人及家属 (陪护人员 )接受。结论空气清菌片适用于CCU病房空气消毒 。
Objective To study the air sterilizing effect by air bacterial disinfectant tablet in coronary when people move around in disease care unit(CCU).Methods Compare the disinfect effect with and without air bacterial disinfect.During air sterilizing period,the activities of patients,health workers and company person were not be limited.Result there is significant difference in bacterial count before and after one hour disinfect by air bacterial disinfectant tablet ( P <0.005).the disinfect effect were not affect if certain amount person and activities are present within CCU.The smell of air bacterial disinfectant tablet was acceptable by health workers and patients.Conclusion Air bacterial disinfectant tablet is suitable for air disinfect in CCU and is worth to popularized.
