摘要
为了解 75 %酒精与0 .1%洗必泰对末梢血糖监测结果的影响 ,用SureStep稳步血糖监测仪测定糖尿病病人空腹、餐后 2h及随机毛细血管血糖 (CBG )共 5 0次 ,同时抽取 2ml静脉血用HITACHI 7170型自动生化分析仪测定静脉血糖(VBG)。结果 :VBG高于酒精组毛细血管血糖 9.10 %,高于洗必泰组 7. 0 2 %。VBG与CBG存在显著的相关性 ,r值为 0 .91~ 0 .99,酒精组与洗必泰组末梢血糖也有相关性 ,r值为 0 .70~0 .91。当VBG <3.93mmol/L时 ,VBG与酒精组CBG差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,VBG与洗必泰组CBG有差异。当VBG≥3.93mmol/L时 ,酒精组与洗必泰组CBG值有显著性差异 (P <0 . 0 1)。当VBG≥ 6 .13mmol/L时 ,酒精组与洗必泰组CBG差异无显著性。提示 :0 .1%洗必泰与 75 %酒精消毒皮肤效果虽然相当 ,但洗必泰对皮肤刺激性小 ,对结果影响较小 ,因此 ,0 .1%洗必泰作为监测末梢血糖时的皮肤消毒剂是安全可靠的。
To understand the influence on the results of blood sugar via using both 75% ethyl alcohol and 0.1% chlorhexidine as skin disinfectant when peripheral blood samples of patients being collected. Sure Step Stable Blood Sugar Monitoring Apparatus was used to detect blood glucose concentration of diabetes mellitus patients in fasting state, 2 hrs after meal, or collecting capillary blood randomly and to detect capillary blood glucose (CBG) total 50 times. Shortly after disinfected local skin by 75% ethyl alcohol or 0.1% chlorhexidine, capillary blood samples were collected and CBG were detected. Meanwhile, 2 ml venous blood extracted and venous blood glucose (VBG) was detected by using HITACHI 7170 automatic biochemistry analyzer as control. Results: VBG was 9.10% higher than CBG in patients used 75% ethyl alcohol as disinfectant. VBG was 7.02% higher than CBG in those used 0.1% chlorhexidine as disinfectant. There is significant relativity between VBG and CBG (r=0.91~0.99). There is some relativity in terms of CBG between ethyl alcohol group and chlorhexidine group (r=0.70~0.91). While VBG value was less than 3.93 mmol/L, there was no significant difference between VBG and CBG in patients of ethyl alcohol group (P>0.05). There were differences between VBG and CBG in patients of chlorhexidine group. While the VBG value was more than 3.93 mmol/L, there was significant difference between the two groups in terms of CBG values (P<0.01). While VBG values >6.13 mmol/L, there was no difference between the two groups in terms of CBG value. Suggested that in terms of disinfection effects, there are no difference between 75% ethyl alcohol and 0.1% chlorhexidine. But the latter has less irritation to skin and less affect on the results. Therefore, 0.1% chlorhexidine may use as a skin disinfectant as peripheral blood glucose being monitored.
