摘要 目的 :探索同时测定人工肾透析液中的钾、钠、钙、镁含量的方法。方法 :采用原子吸收火焰法 (AAS) ,加入 4 g·L-1SrCl2 作为K+ 、Na+ 的离子抑制剂和Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 的离子释放剂 ,选择K+ 76 9.5nm、Na+ 330 .2nm、Ca2 + 4 2 2 .7nm、Mg2 + 2 85 .2nm作为分析线进行测定。结果 :方法平均回收率分别为 :K+ 98.7% ,Na+ 99.9% ,Ca2 + 10 0 .7% ,Mg2 + 99.7% ;精密度为 :K+0 .5 5 %~ 1.0 0 % ,Na+ 0 .30 %~ 0 .5 1% ,Ca2 + 0 .6 2 %~ 0 .87% ,Mg2 + 1.0 1%~ 1.4 0 %。结论 :方法快速 ,准确可靠 ,可满足人工肾透析液中K+ 、Na+ 、Ca2 + 、Mg2 + 的快速测定。 OBJECTIVE To determine simultaneously the concentration of K +, Na +, Ca 2+ , Mg 2+ in dialysis solution for artificial kidney. METHODS The detection select wavelengths of 769.5 nm, 330.2 nm, 422.7 nm, 285.2 nm were selected to determine K +, Na +, Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ by atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS). Addition of strontium chloride (4 g·L -1 ) helps to remove the interference of Ca 2+ and Mg 2+ , to reduce ionization of K + and Na + in the air acetylence flame. RESULTS The relative standard deviation of K + was 0.55% to 1.00% , Na + was 0.30% to 0.51% , Ca 2+ was 0.62% to 0.87% , Mg 2+ was 1.01% to 1.40% . The average recovery of K + was 98.7% , Na + was 99.9% , Ca 2+ was 100.7% , Mg 2+ was 99.7% . CONCLUSIONS The method is rapid and accurate, which can meet the requirements for determination of K +, Na +, Ca 2+ , Mg 2+ in dialysis solution for artificial kidney.
