摘要
以硝酸锶作离子释放剂，将样品溶液直接用水稀释后，采用乙炔－空气火焰原子吸收法测定康维口服液中铜、钴、锰、铁的含量，均获得较好的回收率和精密度：铜：（１００．８±０．７）％；钴：（１００．１±２．９）％；锰：（１００．３±０．９）％；铁：（１０２．７±１．７）％
The methods for determination of Cu,Co,Mn,Fe in TOTHEMA oral ampoules are developed in this paper.Dilute the samples with water and add 0.1%Sr(NO 3) 3 as ionic release,assayed by ACETYLENE AIR flame AAS.Under the optimized conditions,the standard added recoveries and their RSD are the following respectively: Cu:(100.8±0.7)%;Co:(100.1±2.9)%;Mn:(100.3±0.9)%;Fe:(102.7±1.7)%.
