摘要
目的 初步探讨水下冲击伤的损伤特点。 方法 成年杂种犬 2 0只 ,布放于离爆心 5 .0 0~ 17.5 0m处 ,0 .5kgTNT水下 3m爆炸 ,水中压力传感器测定冲击波物理参数 ,观察伤后6h犬的存活情况和大体形态学改变。 结果 犬的死亡率为 2 5 % (5 2 0 ) ,大体形态学改变主要为肺出血、肺水肿及肠管浆膜和黏膜下出血 ,少数犬有胰腺出血和心内膜下出血。 结论 水下冲击伤具有死亡率高、肺损伤严重、肠管损伤发生率较高及肝、脾。
Objective To explore the characteristics of underwater blast injuries. Methods Twenty mature hybrid dogs were placed 5.00 17.50 m far from the detonation point. Explosive for 0.5 kg TNT was placed 3 meters under water. Physical parameters of blast were measured using pressure transducers. Six hours after injury, the survival rate and morphological changes were observed. Results The mortality rate was 25% (5/20). The main morphological changes were pulmonary bleeding, pulmonary edema as well as hemorrhage in enteric serosa and mucosa. A few animals had hemorrhage in the pancreas and the endocardium. Conclusions Underwater blast injuries are characterized by high mortality rate, severe lung injuries and high incidence of intestinal injuries, but by low incidence of parenchymal organ injuries on liver, spleen and kidney.
