摘要
为研究急性胰腺炎（AP）的临床治疗，采用内镜技术治疗胆源性胰腺炎（BAP）52例，其中重症胰腺炎（SAP）28例。结果治愈50例，死亡1例，因胰腺出血致导管阻塞改行手术1例。内镜治疗操作简单，安全可靠，能够有效地降低胆胰管内压，缓解胰腺病变。经初步观察，获得良好效果。
In order to study the clinical treatment of acute pancreatitis,52 patients with biliary acute pancreatitis were treatedwith endoscopy. Among them,there were 28 patients with severe acute pancreatitis. 50 patients were cured. One died and one turnedto operation owing to the blocking of the drainage tube by blood clots. The method had the following merits:technique is simple,safe and reliable. It can decrease the pressure within the binary and pancreatic duct effectively and alleviate the development of pancreatitis. Fine effects in the treatment of biliary acute pancreatitis havs been got according to the preliminary observation.
