摘要
粘膜免疫系统与系统免疫在许多方面都大不相同 ,其重要功能和独特性质成为免疫学研究的热点 ;趋化性细胞因子及其受体参与细胞的生长、发育、分化、凋亡、肿瘤转移、炎症等多种生理和病理过程。粘膜相关趋化性细胞因子在粘膜上皮细胞分化发育及创伤愈合、粘膜淋巴细胞归巢并定居于粘膜特定部位、粘膜急慢性炎症、HIV感染等生理病理过程中起重要作用 ,对研究粘膜免疫系统的特殊功能和独特性质具有重要意义。
