粘膜免疫细胞研究进展 被引量:24

摘要 人体粘膜面积大于 4 0 0M2 ,是机体与外界相隔的最大屏障。机体 95%以上的感染发生在粘膜或从粘膜入侵 ,是病原体入侵的最大门户 ,接触着大量种类繁多的抗原。粘膜内和粘膜下含有大量弥散的淋巴细胞 ,其数量相当于脾脏细胞数 ,或 4 0 %~ 50 %外周循环淋巴细胞数。粘膜免疫细胞不仅数量多 ,而且还有其独特性质。本文就粘膜免疫相关的细胞和分子简述其各自特点。
