摘要
目的制备魔芋葡甘露寡糖铬络合物 ,研究络合物的理化性质及生物活性。方法魔芋精粉经 β 甘露聚糖酶水解后与三价铬络合。用UV VIS、FTIR、NMR、AAS等初步分析络合物的理化性质 ,并研究络合物中铬的吸收率及其对四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠的葡萄糖耐量的影响。结果该络合物是一种不同于魔芋葡甘露寡糖的化合物 ;高剂量组的血清铬含量高于空白对照组 34% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,表明络合物中的铬易于被吸收利用 ;高剂量的魔芋葡甘露寡糖铬络合物具有增强糖尿病小鼠葡萄糖耐量的作用 (P <0 .0 1)。结论魔芋葡甘露寡糖铬络合物中的铬能被小鼠吸收利用 。
PurposeChromium(Ⅲ) Amorphophallus konjac oligosaccharide complex was prepared and its physicochemical properties and bioactivity were studied.MethodsKonjac glucomannan was enzymatically hydrolyzed by β mannase to obtain Amorphophallus konjac oligosaccharide and then reacted with CrCl 3·6H 2O to form Cr(Ⅲ) complex. UV VIS,FTIR,NMR and AAS were used to analyze the physicochemical properties. And its Cr(Ⅲ) absorptivity and effects on glucose tolerance in the diabetic mice were studied.ResultsThis complex was a compound different from konjac oligosaccharide. The high dose group′s serum Cr(Ⅲ) content was increased by 34%( P <0.05) comparing to the control, which suggested that the Cr(Ⅲ) ion in the complex was easy to be absorbed. The high dose complex could increase glucose tolerance of diabetic mice( P < 0.01 ).ConclusionCr(Ⅲ) in the complex can be absorbed and utilized and the complex can regulate the blood glucose to some extent.
