摘要
本试验应用茎段培养的方法提高繁殖系数,对基本培养基的无机成份和有机成份进行了研究,筛选出1/2MS—2为香石竹生芽、生根的适宜培养基,单芽年繁殖量可达56万株。
In this paper, the organic and inorganic nutrients as well as hormones of the basic medium were studied, and 1/2MS-2 was found to be the suitable medium for the sprouting and rooting of carnation(sweet). On the selected medium, a single bud could produce 560 000 plants per year.
