摘要
探讨了我国加入WTO后小型图书馆不仅要结合本馆实际情况 ,积极稳妥地进行数字化资源建设及要注意的问题 ,而且要继续加强传统文献的建设 ,逐步实现由传统图书馆向数字化图书馆的过渡。
After China's entrance into WTO, small libraries should not only develop digital resources actively and safely according to their actual conditions, but also continuously strengthen their traditional literature development, and gradually realize transition from traditional to digital libraries.
