摘要
本文在对读者的问卷调研、文献资源调研以及走访了各系统主要图书馆基础上,对图书馆应如何合理选订、充分利用、科学管理电子出版物提出了具体建议。
Based on the survey of questionnaires filled by users, survey of document resources and visiting major libraries of other systems , the article puts forward concrete suggestions how libraries be adjustde to acquire rationally, use fully and manage scientifically electronic publications.
