摘要
本文对猕猴桃果实生长规律进行了观察,系统地测定了猕猴桃生长、成熟与衰老期间呼吸速率、内源植物激素IAA、GA_3、ABA与乙烯水平的变化。结果表明:猕猴桃果实采后具有明显的呼吸高峰;采后果实变软时乙烯达到高峰值;幼果期IAA含量很高,随后逐渐下降,但在果实速生期及成熟期IAA水平又有所增加;ABA的三个高峰值与慢生长期重合。这时呼吸速率很低,跃变期间随呼吸的增高,ABA急剧减少,高峰期过后又迅速增加,表明ABA对猕猴桃果实的发育阶段有重要调节作用;GA_3的两个高峰出现期分别与ABA的第二、第三高峰期重合或相近,证明植物激素的综合平衡状态对于调节控制果实的生长发育至关重要;果实采后可溶性固形物含量急剧增加,表明它有明显的后熟作用。根据上述事实,猕猴桃应属于跃变果实;但其ABA含量不因果实成熟而增加,IAA水平在成熟时明显增高这两点又很奇特。
The growing regular pattern of Kiwifruit (Actinidia deliciosa C. E. Liang et A. R. Ferguson) was observed. The respiratory rate, the levels of endogenous phytohormones-IAA, GA3, ABA and ethvlene were measured at regular intervals during the growing, ripening and senescent periods. The results showed that the obvious climacteric occurred after harvest in kiwifruit; Ethylene levels reached the maximum when fruits got softened after harvest. The IAA levels was higher in the early stage of fruit growth and it decreased gradually, but there were some increase during the accelerative and ripening period; The three peak value of ABA were coincident with the slowing stages, while the respiration also was lower. The ABA levels decreased sharply, accompanied with increase in respiration at climacteric period, but after which it rapidly increased once more. There by it can be seen that ABA plays an important regulating role in the growth stage of kiwifruit. The two peak values of GA3 were coincident or near with the second and the third peak of ABA seperately, which confirmed that the balanced between plant hormones interacting with each other exerted a most important role. The content of soluble solid in kiwifruit increased strongly after harvest,and this showed that it possessed an obvious ripeness after harvest. Based on the above acts,the kiwifruit showed to be of climacteric type; but its ABA content did not increase with ripening and IAA levels increased obviously during ripening were rather marvelous.
