摘要
对碱性化学镀 Ni-P/CeO_2复合镀层的工艺参数进行了研究.并与化 学镀 Ni-P镀层的耐水溶液腐蚀和耐高温腐蚀性能进行了比较研究。通过对镀层表 面形貌、结合力以及CeO_2复合量的测量,确定出最佳镀液配方和施镀参数。实验 结果表明,Ni-P/CeO,复合镀层具有良好的耐蚀性能。其原因主要是由于弥散分布 的稀土CeO2颗粒改善了镀层的微观结构,并在腐蚀过程中表现出稀土元素所起 的效应。
Alkaline electroless Ni-Pr-CeO_2composite coating was studied.The corrosion behavior of Ni-P-CeO_2 composite coating in aqueous H_2SO_4 (0.5M) solution and in high temperature environment was studied and compared with electroless Ni-P coating. By testing the surface morphology,adhesion and CeO_2 content of the composite coating. optimal parameters were determined in the coating process.It was found that microstructure of the coating was im- proved due to CeO_2 composition,and anti-corrosion properties was improved due to rare earth effects.
