摘要
通过等强过渡曲线与圆形圆角过渡曲线的对比,分析了弯曲变形的轴类零件圆形圆角过渡曲线附近的强度分布。导出了悬臂梁情况下危险点的坐标及两条曲线的差异:圆形圆角曲线位于等强曲线的下方,且与等强曲线有两个交点;最大正应力作用于两交点之间,而不是切点。采用本文的计算结果与实际轴类零件圆角附近的断裂位置一致。
The strength distribution near the transitional fillet curve on the shaft-parts under bending load is analysed in this paper by comparing the equi-strength curve with the transitional curre of the fillet. The positions of dangerous sites and the differences between above mentioned two curves for the cantilever are found to be as follows:The fillet curve is located below the equi-strength curve intersecting the latter at two points and the maximum normal stress occurs midway between the two points instead of at the tangent point. The prediction of destruction position presented by calculation are consistent with the actual positions near the fillet.
