摘要
本文应用有限单元法,对19JA型万能工具显微镜底座在不同载荷作用下的弯曲变形及其引起的测量误差进行了理论分析,并且推导了误差关系的代数表达式。
Using finite element method, this thesis does the theoretical research on bending deformation and the measurment errors caused dy that of the basement of model 19JA universal toolmaker's microscope under different load cases, And the relationship between them is set up.
