摘要
目的 :建立穿王消炎片中脱水穿心莲内酯的含量测定方法。方法 :反相高效液相色谱法 ,KromasilC18柱 ,流动相为甲醇 -水 (6 0∶4 0 ) ,检测波长 2 5 0nm。结果 :脱水穿心莲内酯在 0 0 94 1～ 1 882 μg·ml-1范围内有良好线性关系 ,r =0 9999,平均回收率为 10 0 2 %。结论 :本方法操作简便、快速、准确。
Objective:Toestablish a method for content defermination of dehydrated Andrographis Paniculata inner ester in Chuanwangxiao yan tablet.Method:Kromasil C 18 column was used,mobile phase was consisted of methanol water (60∶40).RP HPLC was used with detecfing wavelength of 250 nm. Result:The dehydrated Andrographis paniculata inner ester showed a good linear correlation within a range of 0.941～1.882 μg·ml -1 , r =0.999 9.The average recovery was 100.2%.Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid,and accurate.
