摘要
目的 :准确测定阿司匹林擦剂的含量。方法 :采用紫外分光光度法测定擦剂中阿司匹林的含量 ,测定波长为 2 97nm。结果 :阿司匹林的平均回收率为 10 0 .4 % ,RSD =0 .7% (n =6 ) ,线性范围为 15～ 35 μg·ml-1,r =0 .9999(n =5 )。结论 :本法简便、快速、准确 ,可作为阿司匹林擦剂的含量测定方法。
Objective: To determine accurately the content of aspirin in liniment. Method: The content of aspirin was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry at 297 nm wavelength. Result: The average recovery of aspirin was 100.4%, RSD was 0.7%( n=6 ). The linear range was 15～35μg·ml -1 , r=0.999 9(n=5) . Conclusion: The method was simple, rapid, accurate, and suitable for the determination of aspirin in liniment.
