摘要
目的 :建立芩苓子洗液含量测定方法。方法 :用一阶导数光谱法不经分离直接测定芩苓子洗液的含量 ,选择黄芩苷测定波长为 2 5 5nm和 2 85nm ,以峰—谷法测定。结果 :黄芩苷平均回收率 10 2 6 % (RSD =1 4 % ,n =5 ) ,在 4～ 2 0 μg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好 ,r =0 9996。结论 :本方法简便、准确。可用于药品生产使用中的快速测定。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of Qinlinzi lotion.Methods: First order derivative spectrophotometry was used, the determining waveleghth was 255nm and 285nm. Results:The average recovery were 102.6%( RSD =1.4%)·The standard curve was linear within a concentration within a range of 4～29 μg·ml -1 ( r =0.999 6).Conlusions:This method is simple, sensitive, and accurate. it can be used for quality control of Qinlinzi lotion.
