摘要 目的 考查GR 2 0 0A型LiF :Mg,Cu ,P(氟化锂∶镁 ,铜 ,磷 )元件在常规剂量监测中的适用性。方法 使用RGD 3A型热释光测读仪对元件的有关剂量学特性进行检测。结果 元件分散性误差为 4%;2mGy~ 17mGy范围内 ,元件的剂量响应具有很好的线性 ;元件的重复性偏差为 2 %;32 0℃退火时 ,元件灵敏度最低 ;测量结果基本不受加热速率的影响。结论 该LiF∶Mg ,Cu ,P热释光元件完全符合个人剂量常规监测要求。 Object To evaluate the adaptability of GR-200A chips which will be used to monitor personnel dose.Methods The tests were carried out to measure relative characteristics of these elements by using RGD-3A dosimetric reader.Results The result shows that the distribution of this kind of dosimeters is 4%, its linearity of dose response is good, and the deviation of result is 2% after repeated irradiation. In addition, the sensitivity of LiF∶Mg,Cu,P is reaches the bottom at 320℃, but it is hardly affected by the heating rate.Conclusion Above results indicated that this kind of TLD has excellent dosimetric characteristics which allow its introduction in routine dosimetry application.
