摘要
用^(60)Coγ射线辐照LiF单晶,辐照温度分别为25℃与-70℃,剂量范围是(5.1×10~2—1.3×10~6)Gy。在室温条件下测量了吸收光谱与正电子湮没辐射多普勒展宽谱。给出了不同辐照温度条件下的F心浓度与S参数随剂量的变化并对结果进行了讨论。
LiF crystals were irradiated with 60Co γ rays at 25℃ and - 70℃ respectively. Dose ranged from 5.1×102 to 1.3×105Gy. Optical absorption spectra and positron annihilation radiation Doppler broadening were measured at room temperature. The changes of F center concentration and S parameter with dose were given and the results were discussed.
