摘要
利用自行改进的DEAE_Sephadex离子交换色谱从以玉林松香为原料制备的氢化松香中分离出主要化学组成部分———酸性部分 ,然后采用DB_5毛细管柱和GC -MS技术对酸性部分进行定性和相对含量测定 ;共鉴定出6种二氢枞酸型树脂酸 ,4种二氢海松酸/异海松酸型树脂酸 ,1种四氢枞酸型树脂酸 ,2种四氢海松酸/异海松酸型树脂酸 ;其主要成分为13_二氢枞酸、8_二氢枞酸、13β_7_二氢枞酸、8α ,13β_四氢枞酸及8(14)
The acid fraction, the main part of the hydrogenated rosin prepared by authors using rosin from Yulin Forest Chemicals Plant of China as starting material, was separated from neutrals by modified DEAE _ Sephadex ion exchange chromatography and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by GC-MS-DS technique with DB _ 5 capillary column. Six dihydroabietic _ type resin acids, four dihydropimaric/isopimaric _ type resin acids, one tetrahydroabietic _ type resin acid and two tetrahydropimaric/isopimaric _ type resin acids were identified. The hydrogenated rosin is composed mainly of 13 _ abietenoic acid, 8 _ abietenoic acid, 13β _ 7 _ abietenoic acid, 8α,13β _ abietanoic acid and 8(14) _ pimarenoic acid ect.
