摘要
建立了一种基于气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法的准确,快速潮定泡沫塑料中甲酰胺的分析方法。样品经丙酮超声提取,浓缩后,通过DB-WAX色谱柱分离。然后经质谱检澍器对甲酰胺进行定性和定量分析。实验表明:结果准确可靠,灵敏度.精密度.线性关系良好。3种浓度水平的加标回收牢(n=6)保持在77.8%-109.4%之间,相对标准偏差为4.65%-7.69%;泡沫塑料中甲酰胺的检出限(S/N=10)为1.0μg/g,在0.5-10μg/ml质量浓度范围内线性相关系数为0.999,适用于泡沫塑料中甲酰胺的检测。
An accurate and fast method for the determination of formamide in foam plastics by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS)was established. Samples of foam plastics were ultrasound extracted with acetone and concentrated, and formamide was separated on a DB- WAX column and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by GC-MS. The result shows that this method is sensitive, accurate and reliable, and the linear relationship is perfect. The average recoveries of formamide in foam plastics at three levels range from 77.8% to 109.4%, the relative standard deviations(n-6) are between 4.65% and 7.69%, the limits of detection is 1.0 pglg(SiN=lO), the correlation coefficient is 0.999 with the mass concentration range of 0.5 to 10 μg/ml. It has been applied to routine determination of formamide in foam plastics with satisfactory results.
