摘要
通过电子束辐照的方法 ,在高密度聚乙烯 (HDPE)分子链上引入含氧极性基团 ,增加了 HDPE分子的极性 ,改善了 HDPE与 PA6的界面相容性。本文通过 FT- IR、SEM、接触角、DSC等方法对电子束辐照 HDPE/PA6体系的界面相互作用及其对共混体系结构与性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明 :HDPE经电子束辐照后 ,在其分子链上引入了含氧极性基团 ,提高了 HDPE的极性 ,增加了表面自由能 ,从而改善了其与 PA6界面相容性。随着辐照剂量的增大 ,PA6分散相的粒径变小 ,在
Some oxygen-containing groups (mainly carbonyl group) were introduced onto the molecular chains of HDPE through electron beam irradiation, the polarity of HDPE was increased and the compatibility between HDPE and PA6 was thus improved. The effect of irradiation on the HDPE and its blends with PA6 were studied through contact angle measurement, DSC, SEM. The experimental results show that the carboxyl groups introduced onto the molecules chains of HDPE through electron beam irradiation could increase the polarity of HDPE and the compatibility between HDPE and PA6 is thus improved. In the blend the size of dispersed phase is decreased and the dispersed phase is dispersed equably in the blend. The crystallinity of HDPE decreases for the increasing of the interaction between the HDPE and PA6 in the blend.
