紫外线辐照增进HDPE表面能的研究

摘要 采用FTIR、接触角测定研究了经过紫外辐照HDPE的表面性能。实验结果表明 ,通过紫外辐照能在HDPE分子链上引入CO、C—O等含氧极性基团 ,其含量随紫外辐照时间增加而增大 ,且在氧气氛中其含量比空气气氛中高 ;紫外辐照后 ,HDPE与水的接触角变小 ,与液体石蜡的接触角增大 ,表面能提高 ,且氧气氛中变化幅度较大 ,表明辐照HDPE极性增大 ,实现了HDPE官能化。 The functionalization of HDPE through ultraviolet light irradiation and the surface energy of the irradiated sample were studied through FTIR and contact angle measurement. The results show thatCO,C—O and other oxygen containing groups were introduced onto HDPE chain during irradiation in air and O 2,and their content were increased with irradiation time .The amount of oxygen containing groups in O 2 atmosphere was much higer than that in air.After irradiating,the contact angle of HDPE with water became smaller ,the contact angle with liquid paraffin became bigger,and the surace energy increased.It show that the polar property of HDPE is improved and HDPE can be functionalized by means of ultraviolet light irradiation.
