摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱外标法对 4 2 .5 %苯噻酰·苄泡腾颗粒剂的有效成分进行定量测定 ,该方法采用Nova-PakC1 8色谱柱 ,以乙腈∶水∶冰乙酸 ( 5 0∶5 0∶0 .2 )作为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 3 6nm。该方法简便、快速、准确。平均回收率分别为 99.88%和 99.0 6% ,变异系数分别为 0 .2 5 %和 0 .96%。
A sensitive RP-HPLC method was developed for the determination of menfenact and bensulfuron-methyl with Nove-pak C_ 18(3.9 mm×150 mm)colum,CH_3CN∶H_2O∶CH_3COOH(50∶50∶0.2) as mobile phase and UV detection at 236 nm by external standard method. The average recovery of menfenact and bensulfuron-methyl were 99.88 % and 99.06 %,the coefficients of variation were 0.25 % and 0.96 %. The method was conveninent and accurate.
