摘要
在杜洛克×施格生长猪的日粮中添加不同浓度的铜,观察不同铜水平对生长猪的生长性能及血清学指标的影响.结果表明,高浓度的铜水平(250 ppm)对生长猪的生产性能有显著影响(P<0.01).在所测定的几个血清学指标中,不同铜水平对血浆谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性有显著影响(P<0.01);对血清铜、铁、锌、血浆过氧化物歧化酶和血清铜兰蛋白均无显著影响(P>0.05).
Observations were made in growing pigs (Duroc x Segher) fed with different levels of copper in diet. The results show that high level Cu diet (250 ppm) significantly effects on growing performance (P<0.01). The activity of GSH-PX in the blood of pigs is closely associated with Cu levels in diet (P<0.01) and Cu in the diet does not affect the amount of Fe, Zn and the activities of CP and SOD in the blood.
