摘要 对烷基化原料在试验室进行了精馏法脱除二甲醚和在中型装置上进行了选择加氢脱除丁二烯的试验,并分别在抚顺石油二厂和胜利炼油厂的60kt/a硫酸法烷基化装置上工业应用。工业装置标定结果表明,脱二甲醚技术可使二甲醚含量由500~1600μg/g降至40μg/g以下,从而使烷基化油的收率提高2.23个百分点,每吨油的硫酸单耗量降低4.38kg。选择加氢技术可使丁二烯基本被脱除,单烯烃收率基本保持在100%,同时部分1-丁烯异构为2-丁烯,从而使烷基化油的RON平均提高1.07个单位,MON平均提高0.43个单位,干点平均降低5.6℃,每吨油的硫酸单耗量降低33.6kg,并且大大降低了设备腐蚀。经济效益和社会效益显著。 Rectification for removing dimethyl ether and selective hydrogenation of butadiene for purification of sulfuric acid feedstock were conducted in laboratory and pilot plant respectively. Commercial applications of the former and the latter were carried on the 60kt/a sulfuric acid alkylation units in Fushun No. 2 Refinery and Shengli Refinery respectively. The test run indicated that the content of dimethyl ether in the feedstock was reduced from 500 - 1600μg/g to less than 40μg/g through rectification, which decreased the sulfuric acid consumption by 4. 3kg/t and increased the yield of alkylate by 2.23%. Almost all butadiene in the feedstock was removed through selective hydrogenation with the mono-olefin yield maintained at 100%. A portion of 1-butylene converted to 2-butylene, which enabled the average RON and MON of the alkylate to be raised by 1. 07 and 0. 43 respectively; lowered the end point by 5.6℃; and reduced the sulfuric acid consumption by 33. 6kg/t. The corrosion of the equipment was decelerated, and the economic benefit was obtained.
