某石化公司烷基化装置停工十余载重新开启后,一年时间暴露出一系列腐蚀问题,通过走访和调研国内若干采取硫酸法做催化剂的企业进行对比和深入分析,找出腐蚀问题的原因个根源,并相应提出针对性的防腐措施,计划在检修期间予以逐项实施。
The alkylation plant of one refinary has been shutdown for tens years, and then re-startup. For a year operation, it exposed a series of problems of corrosion. This paper finds out the reason which causes corrosion problems by visiting, investing, comparing and analysising several domestic enterprises who take sulfuric acid method as catalyst, and proposes corresponding anti-corrosion measures to be carried out during overhaul one by one.
