摘要
根据镇海加氢裂化装置 1996年～ 2 0 0 0年加工高硫原料油暴露的工艺及设备问题 ,分析了相关系统的腐蚀原因及机理 ,提出了设备防腐蚀对策及工艺操作思路 ,对同类装置炼制高硫油扩能改造和运行具有一定的借鉴作用。
The corrosion causes and mechanisms of relative systems were analyzed and the strategies and effective process operating options were recommended based upon the process and equipment problems which came out in the 1996～2000 operation of the hydrocracking unit processing high-sulfur feedstocks in Zhenghai Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd. They provided a good reference for the revamping and operation of the similar units
