摘要
用连翘、苦参和白头翁乙醇提取干燥物作白痢抑菌试验和预防治疗试验。结果:最小抑菌浓度分别为(mg/mL)3.125,6.25和12.5;以0.08%饮水治疗的治愈率(%)分别为93.3,80和73.3;以0.05%饮水预防的有效率分别为(%)96.7,90和83.3。
The experiment of PD resisting bacteria and prevention or cure was made by the echanol extracting and drying of forsythia,sophora flavescens,pasgueflower.The result shows :The minimum density of resisting bacteria is3.125,6.25and12.5(mg /mL)respectively;cure rate by drinking(0.08%)is93.8%,80%and73.3%respectively;efficiency rate by drinking(0.05%)preven tion is96.7,90and83.3respectively.
