摘要
酒精糟及其残液干燥物(DDGS)富含蛋白质等营养成分,在畜禽日粮中应用能在一定程度上缓解当前蛋白质原料资源紧张的状况。但DDGS营养成分含量变异较大,导致其质量参差不齐,影响其在畜禽日粮配方中的合理配制及应用效果。综述了DDGS在猪鸡日粮中的应用效果、质量控制及其营养价值评定新技术(仿生消化技术和近红外光谱分析技术)的应用,以期为DDGS在猪鸡日粮配方中的科学应用提供参考。
Distillers dried grains with solubles（ DDGS） as a high protein feed,has mitigated the situation of domestic protein feed shortage. DDGS is quite variable in nutritional content and quality, impacting on the reasonable configuration and its application effect in livestock and poultry diet formula. Therefore, the paper summarized the application effect and quality control of DDGS in pig and chicken diet, and new technologies of nutritional value evaluation （ simulated digestion technology and NIRS） of DDGS, so as to lay the foundation for the scientific application in pig and chicken diet formula.
