摘要
根据集散式离子渗氮自动控制系统的人机交互要求 ,分配上位机和下位机的监控工作 ,分别设计了上、下位机的输入输出方法及支持的硬件和软件 ,满足了离子渗氮自动控制系统中上、下位机各自的监测和控制要求 ,提高了操作的灵活性和控制的可靠性 .重点考虑了如何确定人机界面应设定哪些参数 ,及上、下位机如何分配这些参数的设定 .
According to the requirement of the distributed control system for plasma nitriding, arrange the assignment for host and workstation, design host and workstation′s I/O ways and corresponding hardware and software respectively. Satisfy the user of host and workstation to handle the system neatly. Improve the maneuverability and reliability of system. Emphasize to consider which parameters to be set by user and how to assign task of initialization and display to host and workstation.
