摘要
期刊阅览室是图书馆的重要组成部分,是高校师生从事教学和科研工作的重要场所。文章针对图书馆期刊管理方法上存在的不足,通过使用计算机软件开发和条码阅读技术,研制出一种新的期刊动态管理监测系统。实践证明,该系统界面清晰,操作简便,记录准确,性能稳定,大大提高了图书馆期刊室的管理效率,是一种提高期刊管理科学性的有效方法。
The reading room of periodicals is an important part of a library and a major place for teaching and research work at college. How to bring it into full play and how to make the most of the limited funds has become a problem to be solved. The article analyzes the shortcomings in the management, intends to discuss a dynamic monitoring system through the development of soft ware and bar code reading technique. The system has been proved very effective due to its clear interface, simple operation, accurate reading, and stable functions, and the high efficiency.
