乙肝后肝硬化患者球后血流变化的彩色多普勒研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 采用CDFI技术检测乙肝后肝硬化患者球后血流 ,旨在推断其高动力循环的程度。方法 测量3 2例正常成人、86例乙肝后肝硬化患者眼动脉、睫状后动脉、视网膜中央动脉的PSV、EDV、RI。结果 乙肝后肝硬化肝功能B、C级组和脾切除术后组的PSV、EDV均升高 ,RI降低 ;肝功能A级组仅RI降低。结论 ①乙肝后肝硬化肝功能A级组球后血管各血流参数仅阻力指数减低 ,说明RI是早期反映球后血流变化参数中的灵敏指标。②乙肝后肝硬化肝功能B级组、C级组球后血管PSV、EDV有不同程度升高 ,且以EDV升高为著 ;RI显著减低 。 Objective This project was to detect the characteristic of ocular blood flow in patients with posthepatitis cirrhosis by CDFI and to deduce the degree of hyperdynamic circulation.Methods The hemodynamic parameters such as PSV,EDV,RI of OA,PCAand CRA in 32 normal person,86 posthepatitis cirhosis patients were studied by CDFI.Results compared with the normal group,the PSV,EDV values of several arteries in group B?C increased,while RI values decreased.But in group A,only the RI value decreased.Conclusions 1 The blood flow parameters in group A of posthepatitis cirrhosis only RI value decreased.It showed that RI is the earliest sensitive marker reflecting the change of ocular blood flow hemodynamic parameter.2 The PSV and EDV values of ocular vessels in Group B and group C of posthepatitis cirrhosis increased,especially EDV value.The RI values were lower than the normal group.The change of RI was very obvious which showed existence of hyperdynamic circulation at peripheral arteries.
