摘要
彩色多普勒血流成像(CDFI)技术通过对眼球后部血管血流动力学的检测,为临床提供了一种简便、直观、无创、可重复、可连续动态观察的检查方法,对眼部血管性疾病和肿瘤的诊断与鉴别有重要价值。将近年来CDFI对视网膜病变、眼内肿瘤及青光眼等的应用进展做一综述,以期对临床治疗提供理论参考。
Color Doppler flow imaging（CDFI） provides a simple,intuitive,non-invasive,repeatable and continuous method of dynamic observation for clinics through the detection in ocular hemodynamics,which is valuable for diagnosis and differentiation of intraocular tumors and vascular disease.Now the applications of CDFI to retinopathy,intraocular tumors,glaucoma and others were summarized thereby to provide theoretical evidence for clinical treatment.
