多孔钙磷基生物陶瓷材料的研究 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了多孔钙磷基(HAP,HAP·TCP)生物陶瓷材料的研究方法与过程。对比人体胛骨结构,所作x射线衍射相结构分析表明,制得的多孔材料具有与人体骨相似的相结构。扫描电镜形貌分析结果:以浸溃和模压两种不同成形及成孔方法制得的HAP和HAP·TCP多孔生物陶瓷的孔隙直径均在100~500/μm范围,且为连通孔隙,完全能够满足生物组织顺利长入孔隙的特殊尺寸要求。该材料经生物学基础实验检验和动物实验,巳开始应用于临床治疗。 Developing methods and processes for porous calcium-phoaphorous base(HAP and HAP·TCP)bio-ceramics have been outlined. Phase structural analysis by X-ray diffraction has shown that the porous material manufactured have the phase structure being similar to that of human bone in comparison with manual shoulder blade. The results of morphological analysis by using scanning microscope have shown that the pore diameters of HAP and HAP·TCP porous bioceramics shaped and pore-formed by impregnating and moulding processes are at a range of 100-500μm. In addition, the pore channels are advantageous to the growth of bio-structure into the Pores with specificed size requirements. These materials have used for hospital cure after fundamental biology examination and animal test.
