摘要
首先以硝酸钙和磷酸胺为原料,采用共沉淀法,合成出了粒径小,分布均匀的羟基磷灰石粉末。以双氧水作为发泡剂,烧结出孔径合适的羟基磷灰石生物陶瓷,且通过正交试验得出,羟基磷灰石陶瓷的最佳烧结条件为在1200℃温度下烧结4h。最终,对在最优实验条件下烧成的陶瓷进行显微硬度测量和电镜扫描,证实了烧成陶瓷硬度符合使用要求且孔径大小与人体骨接近,是合适的生物陶瓷人体骨替代产品。
The small-particle and uniform distribution hydroxyapatite powders were synthesized using Ca(NO3)2 and(NH4)3PO4 by chemical co-pricipitation.Using hydrogen peroxide as vesicant,the hydroxyapatite bio-ceramic with suitable aperture was sintered,and the best sintering condition made by orthogonal test were sintered at 1200℃ for 4 hours.Finally,by SEM and XRD of the ceramic sintered at the best conditions,It is sure that we get the appropriate rigidity and bore diameter bio-ceramic and it is suitable to substitute human bones.
