摘要
为探讨脑卒中患者血浆神经肽 Y(NPY)浓度变化及意义 ,对 63例脑卒中患者 (脑出血组 3 6例、脑梗死组 2 7例 )进行了血浆 NPY测定。结果显示 ,与正常对照组比较 ,脑卒中患者病后 2～ 4天血浆 NPY浓度增高明显 (P<0 .0 1) ,14～ 16天基本恢复正常 (P>0 .0 5 )。脑出血组病情轻、中、重型患者的 NPY浓度有明显差异(P<0 .0 5 ) ,而脑梗死组无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。认为血浆
To investigate the change of the plasma neuropeptide Y (NPY) concentration of patients suffered with cerebral stroke,the plasma NPY concentration of 63 patients[36 patients with hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease (HCVD) and 27 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease (ICVD)]were detected.The result showed that the plasma NPY concentration of patients with stroke was significantly higher than the control after 2 to 4 days (P<0.01)and decreased to normal level after 14 to 16 days(P>0.05).There were significant difference in the NPY concentration among the mild,medium and heavy type of HCVD(P<0.05),but no difference among the three types of ICVD(P>0.05).The change of the plasma NPY concentration is considered to be a reference index in judging the condition and prognosis of patients with HCVD.
